Ntombelas Internet Café business believes it can perform better and grow the business, when the business started also had cell phone repair service idea. We have also thought of taking the business to market it as a printing business for local businesses and bigger institution, where we want to meet our customers halfway by delivering their printed document and products direct to their venues. So all they will do is giving us a call and they would have their work fetched and delivered back to them. The business has not made profit all we have been facing is loss, plus bad enough just last year before the end of the year our ice cream machine broke and that cost us a lot in the business as everything when back to be very slow. We are grateful to have found assistance from Mbongiworks and later from to come in helping us to get our own printer and also to fix the ice cream machine. Later we got help from Pageauto which we become their enterprise developed business. We believe we will be able to fix all the problems we are facing and achieve a goal where the premises will be in good business shape and execute professional work that will benefit the business and the also the customers at large.
